Oversize imprint charge: add additional $0.35(V) per color/location/piece.

Spine Imprint: $0.75(V) per color/location/piece.

Half-Tone Imprint: add extra $50(V) onto the whole order. Half-tone imprint are subject to art approval.

Embroidery

Price include first 5,000 stitches in item price. Add $0.35(V)/pc per 1,000 stitches over 5,000 stitches.

Digitizing Charge: $18.75(V) per 1,000 stitches. No set charge for self tape provided or repeat embroidery job.

Laser Engraving

This process is optional & available on many metal items.

Please add additional cost of run charge on top of original cost of $0.50(V). Setup Charge: $50(V). Oxidation is required on selected items and an additional cost of $0.30(V) per location/piece.

Other Applicable Charge

LTM (less than minimum) charge: 15% of total order except freight. This charge does not apply to blank order. PMS Match Charge: $35(V) per color. No charge for close match. Typeset Charge: $35(V) even if only one letter is added. Insertion charge: $0.25(Z) per piece (e.g. inserting flyers, bronchures ... etc. into items ordered). Art charge: $60(V) per hour will apply if artwork is not camera-ready, or reconstruction, or touch-up is required. Pre-Production Sample: $25(V)/pc + set up charge.

Artwork

The quality of your artwork determines the imprint quality of final products.

Electronic Artwork

Format: outlined / vector images in EPS, AI or PDF format in PC platform. All emailed artwork must include Company Name, P.O. number and phone number.CD-R in PC platform. Please convert all texts to outlines/curves/paths. Please fax or include paper artwork with P.O. Multi-color imprint must have color separated artwork in electronic format only.

Paper Artwork

Camera-ready, sharp and clean & white art should require no further touch-up and contain no half-tones or screens. Multi-color artwork should be submitted as separated as black and white art. Extra modification on the artwork may incur additional art charges. Please submit enlarged or approximately the actual imprint size to keep good resolution for imprint.

Production Time

Normal Production

Un-imprinted order: 1-3 days after payment received unless terms were given.

Pre-production samples: 3-5 days after paper proof is approved.

All orders: 7-10 working days after paper proof or pre-production sample approval. Number of days needed is based depending on quantity ordered and number of imprint colors.

Rush Order

3-4 days: add 30% to total order except freight.

5-7 days: add 15% total order except freight.

It is required to check rush service availability with factory before placing order.

Shipping Instructions and Charges

F.O.B. La Puente, California

Daily shipment cut-off time is 2:00 Pacific Coast Time.

FedEx: Ground and Air service / UPS: Ground and Air services / Nationwide truck service.

All orders are subject to $8 freight handling charge. Pallet Charge: $6 each pallet for LTL trucking.

Please instruct when Inside Delivery and/or Forklift services are needed due to mandatory charges for truck shipping.

Please specify shipping method including AM or PM delivery for all overnight and 2ndy day services. If no method is specified, order will ship UPS Ground. If order has special in-hand date, please specify on purchase order.

Split Shipment: $8.75(V) per location plus freight.

Factory is not responsible for delay in shipment caused by freight carrier, incorrect address or circumstances beyond our control. Factory reserves the right to charge buyers after orders shipped for address correction fees and charges billed to factory's freight account due to wrong account number given or for similar situation which are not caused by factory.

Confirmation and Paper Proof

Order Confirmation

Phone orders are not accepted. All order must be faxed, emailed or mailed in. Confirmation will be faxed or emailed to you within 1-2 days.

Please call to check with the factory if no acknowledgement is received after 2 days of placing purchasing order.

Proofs

Paper proof is free. Please allow 1-3 days after receipt of your artwork and pre-payment if not on terms. Paper proof is usually faxed to customers unless email proof is requested (PDF).

Pre-Production Sample Proof: $25(V) each piece + setup charges + imprint charges + art charges if applicable. (Non-refundable)

Sample Orders

No samples will be mailed through the U.S. Postal Service. Please provide FedEx Ground/Air or UPS Ground/Air account number when requesting samples.

Poly Item: Total less than $5 net is free. Amount exceeded needs to be pre-paid or will be invoiced for term customers.

All Others: All items will be pre-paid or billed for term customers.

All samples are EQP column price (R).

Order Cancellation & Returns

Blank items may be returned with 30 days for credit but is subject to $25.00(Z) service charge plus 20% restocking fee of the total cost of the order plus freight charges if applicable. Orders with imprint can be cancelled only prior to imprint production. Imprinted and shipped items cannot be returned unless authorization is given by factory. Shipping charges, setup charges, imprint charges, PMS match charges, and art charges are not refundable.

All returns must be authorized by the factory and include RA number. Please call for factory procedures.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be added to all purchase order shipping within the State of California unless you have a current California Resale License Number. It is required by law.

Payment Methods

All new customers are asked to pre-pay in full for the first 3 orders. Terms can be established through credit reference and background check after 3 orders. 50% deposit is required for all overseas orders before production begins regardless if credit terms are established.

Payment method: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, no AMEX) or check (copy of check needs to be provided to start paper proof and production).

Backordered Items

Backorders: If an item is backordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Shipments scheduled more than 30 days after the order date: We will notify you via email and give you a cancellation option.

Filling backorders: Backorders will be filled before new orders when the backordered items become available.
